Tracey has many years of experience in the industry and has worked towards the goal of running her own rest home since her very first day. “I have never loved a job so much; it’s an honour and a privilege to do what I do. Every day is different and I have had the pleasure of being involved with so many amazing people of all ages”. Tracey is Step mum and Mum to 4 children, Kyle, Kayla, Mitchell and Ashtyn, plus Nana to Karter. Mitchell and Ashtyn have enjoyed growing up in the industry and spending time with Tracey at the home helping out and chatting to the residents.
