Kellie and Chrissie our EN's work in the evenings and both have a real empathy for the elderly. They both do a fabulous job of overseeing our team of Healthcare Assistants to ensure they are all well supported in the job they do. Both Kellie and Chrissie also support our residents under the guidance of our Clinical Nurse Manager ensuring all aspects of resident care is achieved to a very high standard.
